When posting a role, schools can select that they wish to interview for that role. When viewing a role that has been posted, you will be able to see if an interview is required. If you are interested you would click on the "I am interested" button, which in this case gives the school access to your phone number and email address. The school would decide who of the interested teachers they would like to interview. If you are chosen for interview, you would get a message from the school telling you so and contacting you directly to arrange an interview.

Following the interviews it would be for the school to decide which teacher they wanted to fulfil the role and then make a formal offer.
