The advantages of working directly with a school is that you can set your own daily rate.  You will be paid through the school payroll and therefore able to contribute to the Teachers Pension Scheme, which means that the school as the employers will also be making contributions.
You can also pick dates and which schools you wish to work for that are within easy travelling distance of your home.
