In order to get cleared for work, you need to provide the following:
DBS (including overseas police checks if more than 3 months outside UK in last five years)
Right to Work (most often through a UK passport or VISA)
ID (passport works here, too, along with a recent utility bill)
Qualifications (where applicable)
Two recent references which we check directly - one needs to be your most recent one
CV for ten years, without any gaps
No disqualification (we check this along with your qualifications)
Response that you are Fit & ready to teach
We interview all our teachers in person
